Dr. Morgan V. Harrell
Founding Member & Principal

In the fast-moving San Antonio to Austin corridor, "good enough" is a recipe for falling behind. Dr. Morgan V. Harrell brings a level of academic and operational rigor to E-Morgaine, LLC that sets us apart from the hobbyists. With a PhD in Instructional Design and Technology, Morgan’s expertise lies in the seamless integration of high-tech tools into real-world applications. She doesn't just look at a drone as a flying camera; she views it as a sophisticated data-gathering system. Her background ensures that every flight E-Morgaine conducts is part of a deliberate, well-designed process focused on one thing: delivering clear, actionable results to our clients.

A Career Defined by Complexity
Before founding E-Morgaine, Morgan sharpened her technical edge in the U.S. Air Force as a Russian Linguist and Aircrew Scheduler. She transitioned that discipline into the corporate world, managing complex logistics and operations for Union Pacific Railroad and as an analyst for Dell Computers. She understands that whether you're moving freight across the country or flying a sensor over a job site, the system behind the machine is what guarantees success.

Local Roots, Global Standards
After living in the Austin metro area for more than 20 years, Morgan combines her love of Central Texas with a world-class understanding of how technology can empower local businesses. When she isn’t optimizing E-Morgaine’s flight operations, she provides services as a technical writer. She is also a dedicated advocate for community service, ensuring that even as our region grows, our values remain grounded.
Chris Harrell
FAA Certified Remote Pilot
Co-Founder of Emorgaine, LLC

Chris Harrell brings military precision and an accountant’s eye for ROI to the Central Texas skies. A U.S. Air Force veteran and former Spanish linguist, Chris spent years navigating the complex world of HOA accounting before realizing that the best way to help property managers wasn't just on a spreadsheet—it was from 400 feet up.

As the lead pilot and co-founder of E-Morgaine, Chris specializes in bridging the gap between high-end aerial imaging and practical business data. Whether he’s conducting a precision roof audit or capturing the scale of a new Hill Country development, Chris operates with the 'treat people right' philosophy he honed in the service industry.

When the props aren't spinning, you’ll find him on the back of a motorcycle or finishing his business degree at West Texas A&M. He’s a Florida native by birth, but a Texan by choice and character.
